Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged before rebooking. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so we are open to discussing exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
